đ§ How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us at the address below
- Subject line: "Delete My 3mpwr Account"
- Include:
- Your email address used for registration
- Your User ID (UID) - found in Settings â About â Account Info
- We'll respond within 7 business days to confirm deletion

đī¸ What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Account Information: Email address, display name, user ID
- Authentication Data: Your Firebase account and login credentials
- Profile Data: Disability profile, preferences, accessibility settings
- Community Content: Posts, threads, comments, ratings, reviews, messages
- Calendar Events: Events you created in the app
- Wellness Data: Symptom tracking, mood logs, energy patterns, sleep data
- Evidence Locker: All uploaded photos, videos, documents, and files
- Search History: In-app search queries and history
- Cloud-Synced Data: All Firestore data associated with your account
- Analytics Data: Usage patterns, feature engagement data
âšī¸ Note on Voice Data: Voice commands are never stored - they're processed in real-time only, so there's nothing to delete.
đĻ Data That May Be Retained
For legal compliance and security, we may retain:
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregate usage statistics with no personal identifiers
- Legal Records: If required by law (e.g., abuse reports, legal disputes)
- Transaction Logs: Audit trails for security purposes (7 days only)
âšī¸ Note: Retained data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you.
âąī¸ Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Account access is disabled, you cannot log in
- Within 7 days: We confirm your request and begin deletion process
- Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from active systems
- Within 90 days: All backups are purged, deletion is complete
đ Alternative: Delete Specific Data Only
Don't want to delete your entire account? You can delete specific data without losing your account:
- Go to Settings â Privacy & Data
- Clear wellness tracking data
- Delete evidence locker items (photos, videos, documents)
- Remove community posts and messages
- Delete calendar events
- Clear search history
- Reset disability profile
