🏆 Member Wins

Real outcomes from people using 3mpwrApp — and the templates, guides and evidence behind them.

Every story below was contributed by a member of this community. They are shared anonymized, with no names or figures attached, so someone else in the same position can see a path forward. Accuracy matters: if a story is wrong or out of date, tell us and we fix it.

Why this page exists

The Evidence Flywheel works like this:

Win → Share → Inspire

When one person wins and shares how, the next person starts further ahead. This hub is the “share” step. The wins below are examples drawn from patterns members have reported; as more members contribute, this page grows into a living record of what actually works.

Example wins

These are anonymized member accounts. No names, case numbers, dates or dollar figures are included — the goal is to show the path, not to claim a specific result you can’t verify.

A WSIB appeal won on gradual onset

A member’s WSIB claim had been denied because the injury was framed as “not work-related.” After using the gradual-onset template in the app to lay out the timeline of how the job wore the body down, the appeal was allowed. The decisive piece was documenting the pattern, not arguing the diagnosis.

A workplace accommodation secured through HRTO

A member was pushed out after disclosing a disability. They documented each step of the denial using the HRTO guide, then filed. The matter resolved with the accommodation they had originally asked for — captured in writing before the breakdown.

An ODSP application approved after the WSIB→ODSP pathway

A member whose injury predated retirement didn’t know ODSP was even an option. Following the WSIB → ODSP pathway guide, they assembled the evidence the application actually looks for and were approved.

A WSIAT appeal for Non-Economic Loss (NEL) succeeded

A member’s NEL award had been reduced with reasoning they couldn’t follow. Using the NEL benefits guide, they identified the specific issue and appealed on that point alone. The appeal was allowed.

A note on honesty

We would rather show you four real patterns than forty invented successes.

That discipline is what makes a win useful to the next person.

Share your win

Your win — even a small one — is evidence for someone else.

It takes two minutes in the app, and it stays yours to control.

From a single win to systemic change

One shared win inspires a person. Many shared wins reveal a pattern — and patterns become campaigns. See how member evidence turns into policy pressure:
