3MPWRAPP is a Canadian platform for the entire disability community. Built by and for injured workers, persons with disabilities, advocates, supporters, and vulnerable Canadians seeking justice. Available coast-to-coast-to-coast.

How much does 3MPWRAPP cost?

Completely free. Forever.

There are no hidden costs, no premium versions, no ads. 3MPWRAPP is funded by grants and donations because we believe people shouldn’t have to pay to fight for their rights.


Do I need to create an account?

Not necessarily. You can:

  1. Create an account (email/password or Google) — Data saves permanently
  2. Continue as guest — Use immediately, data deleted when you close the app

Recommended: Create an account so you don’t lose your data. You can always delete your account later.


What devices can I use 3MPWRAPP on?

3MPWRAPP is ready for all devices:

What about users outside Canada?

3MPWRAPP is primarily built for Canada. All features work across every province and territory.

Available in Canada: All provinces and territories (coast-to-coast-to-coast)

Outside North America? Most features work worldwide (health tracking, community, evidence storage). Legal/tribunal features are Canada-specific.


Features & Tools

What can I do with Evidence Locker?

Evidence Locker securely stores:

All stored with AES-256-GCM encryption (bank-level security).

What you CAN’T store: Large videos (>50 MB), executables, malware


How do I know my evidence is encrypted?

Look for the lock icon (🔒) next to your document. That means it’s encrypted.

If you don’t see the lock icon, it didn’t encrypt properly. Try uploading again.


Can I share my evidence with others?

Yes. From any document:

  1. Tap the document
  2. Tap “Share”
  3. Choose how: Email, Messages, or save to files
  4. Send to whoever you want

Important: Make sure you trust the person. Evidence may contain sensitive info.


What file types does Letter Wizard support?

Letter Wizard can generate:

More letter types are added regularly.


Is Parse Claim’s analysis accurate?

Usually yes, but verify:

Parse Claim uses AI to read decision letters and extract key information. It’s accurate 85-95% of the time for:

Important: Always verify with official tribunal websites or call the tribunal directly. AI sometimes misreads things.

If Parse Claim gives you a date, check the tribunal website to confirm. When in doubt, contact a lawyer.


What does “50% Rule” in Pacing Partner mean?

The 50% rule is a pacing strategy for conditions with post-exertional malaise (like ME/CFS):

This pattern prevents flare-ups and helps you do more long-term.

It’s not required — adjust to your condition.


Can I export all my health data?

Yes, for most wellness tools:

  1. Open the tool (Symptom Tracker, Health Tracker, etc.)
  2. Tap “Export” or “Download”
  3. Choose format: PDF or CSV
  4. File downloads

Some tools may not have export yet — that’s coming.


How do I delete a document from Evidence Locker?

  1. Open Evidence Locker
  2. Find the document
  3. Tap and hold (long press)
  4. Tap “Delete”
  5. Confirm

Caution: Deleted documents CANNOT be recovered.

Can I make text bigger?

Yes:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap “Display”
  3. Choose text size: Small, Default, Large, Extra Large
  4. Changes apply immediately

(You can also use your phone’s system-level text scaling)


Can I use dyslexia-friendly fonts?

Yes:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap “Accessibility”
  3. Toggle “Dyslexia-Friendly Font”
  4. Font changes to OpenDyslexic immediately

Does 3MPWRAPP work in dark mode?

Yes:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap “Display”
  3. Toggle “Dark Mode”
  4. Choose: Off, On, or Automatic (follows device settings)

Dark mode helps with eye strain and works great at night.


Is there high contrast mode?

Yes:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap “Accessibility”
  3. Toggle “High Contrast Mode”
  4. Text becomes bolder, colors become more vivid

Contrast meets WCAG 2.2 AAA standards (maximum contrast).


What is Complexity Mode?

Complexity Mode lets you choose:

How is my evidence encrypted?

AES-256-GCM encryption (same encryption banks use):


Can the government see my documents?

Not unless you share them. Law enforcement could legally compel us to do something only if you’re not encrypting things and sharing them. Our current setup means we have nothing to give them — it’s encrypted on your device.

Is it safe to use 3MPWRAPP for sensitive information?

Yes, as long as you:

  1. Use a strong password
  2. Don’t share your password
  3. Enable two-factor authentication (optional but recommended)
  4. Keep your phone secure
  5. Don’t share documents with untrusted people

Can I delete my account and all my data?

Yes, anytime:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap “Account Settings”
  3. Tap “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm you want to delete
  5. All your data is deleted permanently

We keep no backups of deleted data.


Beta Testing

How do I join beta testing?

3MPWRAPP is in closed beta before launch on app stores. To join:

  1. Go to https://3mpwrapp.ca/beta-signup
  2. Fill out the form (name, email, device type — iPhone, iPad, Android, or Windows/Mac)
  3. We’ll review your request

Is beta testing safe?

Yes:

The only difference: beta versions sometimes have bugs (that’s why we need testers!)


Can I give feedback during beta testing?

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap “Help & Support”
  3. Tap “Send Feedback”
  4. Tell us what you think
  5. Tap “Send”

We read every piece of feedback and respond within 48 hours.


Troubleshooting

The app keeps crashing

Try this:

  1. Close the app (swipe it away from recent apps)
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Open the app again

If still crashing:

  1. Force close the app
  2. Uninstall (delete the app)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Reinstall from App Store/Play Store

If STILL crashing: Contact support →


I can’t log in

Try:

  1. Check email address is correct (no typos)
  2. Check Caps Lock is off
  3. Use “Forgot Password” to reset password
  4. Try again

My documents won’t upload

Try:

  1. Check file size (max 50 MB)
  2. Try a different file type/format
  3. Check internet connection (WiFi is better than mobile)
  4. Try again

If upload still fails:


Deadline notifications aren’t working

Try:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Check Notifications are enabled for 3MPWRAPP
  3. Check your phone volume is on
  4. Close and reopen app
  5. Restart your phone

Still no notifications?


The app is very slow

Try:

  1. Close other apps running
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Clear app cache:
    • Settings → Apps → 3MPWRAPP → Storage → Clear Cache
    • (Don’t select “Clear Data” — that deletes everything)
  4. Restart app

If still slow:


I lost my data

If you synced to cloud:

  1. Log back in
  2. Data should sync back automatically
  3. If not, contact support →

If you didn’t sync:

  1. Check if backup exists on your phone
  2. Contact support → (We may be able to recover from backup)

Accounts & Data

Can I have multiple accounts?

Yes:

  1. Log out of current account
  2. Log in with different email
  3. That’s it!

Only one account logged in at a time though.


Can I use the same email for multiple accounts?

Not recommended. Use different emails for different accounts.


How do I change my password?

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap “Account Settings”
  3. Tap “Change Password”
  4. Enter current password
  5. Enter new password
  6. Confirm new password
  7. Save

What if I forget my password?

  1. From login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”
  2. Enter your email
  3. Check your email for reset link
  4. Click link
  5. Create new password
  6. Log in

(Check spam folder if you don’t see email)


Can I back up my data?

Yes, multiple ways:

  1. Cloud sync: Settings → Data & Privacy → Cloud Sync (backs up to Google Drive or 3MPWRAPP servers)
  2. Export: Many tools let you export to PDF or CSV
  3. Manual: Take screenshots, save documents

Will my data be backed up if I delete the app?

Only if you have cloud sync enabled. If you delete the app without syncing, data is lost.

Recommended: Enable cloud sync in Settings before deleting.
