📄 Document Management
What it does: Secure storage for PDFs, images, Word docs, spreadsheets with end-to-end encryption.

What it does: Sends alerts to emergency contacts if you’re inactive for a set period.
How to access: Settings → Wellness Checks
Setup steps:
- Go to Settings → Wellness Checks
- Enable Wellness Checks
- Set inactivity threshold (6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, custom)
- Add emergency contacts (name, phone, email, relationship)
- Choose what contacts can see (activity status only, or full details)
- Tap Save
How it works:
- App tracks when you last opened it
- If inactive beyond threshold, sends alert to contacts
- You can manually check in anytime
- Pause during planned absences (vacation, hospital stay)
Privacy controls:
- Choose what information contacts receive
- Contacts only get alert when threshold passed
- You can update or remove contacts anytime
